WE have seen those issues as well as issues that occur cross repository.
For example if there are 3 managed repositories in the Archiva system and all required jars are in the repositories but spread across multiple repositories it reports issues. This seems to indicate that multiple repositories are not encouraged. We divide up our repositories by license type for security reasons so for example if Hibernate is in one and commons-logging is in the other the health report complains that the proper jars are not present. This might be expected behavior but kind of limits you to one big repository for health reasons. Scott D.
