Good day to you, Rahamim, Although I haven't tried it, I am guessing yes with the help of Maven Remote Resources plugin.
To make your properties file available in the remote repository, pack that properties file into a binary and deploy it in your remote repository. And to be able to use that properties file for filtering, retrieve it in your other maven projects by using the maven remote resources plugin ( see [1] on how to use it ), and set the location of the filter files ( see [2] ).
