yes, we have to organize this stuff better, probably gather a list of
interested people too.
one of the first things I've been focusing is OSGi-Maven integration,
with Apache Felix. There were mails already in maven-dev and felix-dev
about it

I've got PDE building headless for everything plugins, features and
products

What I am asking is whether its time to start merging all these
disparate, undocumented, barely working versions into something usable
by the community. And hopefully clean up the Eclipse PDE build at the
same time.
