What error is Maven showing with "mvn -e -X ..."? Have you checked that your network settings are correct? I.e. are you behind a firewall? If yes, do you have proxy settings specified in your settings.xml? > So i have installed in the local repo... But _how_ did you install it? > can u please send POM, so that I can use central repository as yours.... There's nothing to configure for that case; Maven automatically connects to the central repo for fetching plugins...
