another Question:
I have some Artifact installed (let's say j2ee jar in version 1.4 ) in
my local Repo with "mvn -install ...."
When build the project i see log messages loke this:
Downloading : http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/j2ee/1.4/j2ee-1.4.jar
Should this not look like :
http://%USER_HOME/org/maven2/j2ee/1.4/j2ee-1.4.jar
Or is that correct ?
