You can't manage jdk or other tools that will run on a remote server, They must
be configured in your scripts.
In 1.1-beta-1 that we're releasing, you can configure jdk/maven/ant versions
and env var for all builds that run on the continuum server

I think you can with a shell project. Your script that will launch the
remote process must return the exit code of the remote script.
