Hi,
Following is the error when I tried to create a file using maven

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:

Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
there:

Can you please tell me the cause of this error? or Do I need to do changes
in the settings.xml?
