Trying to run ant task wsgen from maven but it's failing

I'm trying to use maven to call an ant script which contains the target wsgen 
by jaxws.  I have the following in my pom:

  When I execute it, I'm receiving hte following error:
   
  Embedded error: The following error occurred while executing this line:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/ws/api/BindingID
   
  I don't know which jar file contains this class.  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks
