Hi Romain, I have finally got this to work, you have to call the dashboard plugin using
mvn org.codehaus.mojo:dashboard-maven-plugin:1.0-SNAPSHOT:dashboard As suggested by David Vicente here:- http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO-899 Then in your local repository you have to install the plugin under libs-snaphot and plugins-snapshot, as maven seems to not download the plugin snapshot from the plugins-snapshot directory in the local repository, which seems odd. Anyway this set up seems to work fine locally.
