[m2]Want to have regex user packageLineRate

I want to use something liek this:
                                <regex>
                                    <pattern>com.baselogic.*</pattern>
                                    <packageLineRate>70</packageLineRate>

<packageBranchRate>80</packageBranchRate>
                                </regex>

instead of this:

                                <regex>
                                    <pattern>com.baselogic.*</pattern>
                                    <lineRate>60</lineRate>
                                    <branchRate>50</branchRate>
                                </regex>


Is there something I can use like this as the top does not work?
