On one of our developer's machines, they cannot do mvn javadoc:jar as it blows up due to an InvalidArrgumentException in (from memory) sun.net.www.ParserInfo.decode()!
On other developer machines, there is no problem. The only difference we have found is the locale for this developer is English (Ireland) and the rest of us are English (UK) Windows XP. Sun JVM 1.5.0_14 & 1.6.0_01 & 1.6.0_04 all show the same issue. Maven 2.0.6 maven-javadoc-plugin 2.2 and 2.3 Has anybody seen this? Is there an issue raise, I could not see one Many thanks, -Stephen
