mojo is a maven plugin i think. The warning and messages are issued by maven embedder 2.1-SNAPSHOT as a sort of deprecation warnings (for 2.1) however they still should work fine. if not I would consider it a bug in maven. the netbeans integration needs to use the embedder version 2.1-SNAPSHOT as th 2.0.x versions are not embeddable. You can configure netbeans in tools/options to always use a command line maven instance for building
