I've also tried this :

      <resource>
       <directory>src</directory>
       <excludes>
         <exclude>**/*.java</exclude>
         <exclude>log4j.properties</exclude>
         <exclude>manager.properties</exclude>
       </excludes>
       <includes>
        <include>messages_en.properties</include>
      </includes>
   </resource>
  </webResources>


but still without any success.
