You or someone else has defined a repo in settings.xml file that is pointing to maven2-repository.dev.java.net.
>
Moved Permanently
>
The document has moved href="http://download.java.net/maven/2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-site-plugin/2.0-beta-7/maven-site-plugin-2.0-beta-7.pom">here.
>
>
Apache Server at maven2-repository.dev.java.net Port 443
>

Apparently that is not longer a valid repo location. Adjust it to look at download.java.net instead. The INDIVO Users list (or whatever) should also be able to help with these kinds of problems, I would assume, and might be a better resource for you as the people on this list are not INDIVO experts.
