Yes, that Kannel config is most useful :)

On the issue of http download, it is true some telcos do build 'walled gardens'. In my country, this is not (yet) the case, as I think they'd have a problem offering enough for us to not want to climb out!

This renders the WAP Push / HTTP download option useless.
