Short answer is that you can't (easily) do so, because the SMIL is
within the (queued) binary message. The file name quoted in the log
file is always relative to whatever queue directory the message has
been written to (and of course convert each '-' to '/' in the file
name).
In general the queue structure is documented somewhere near the end
of the user guide, but it is not intended that you should interact
with queue data directly, unless you REALLY know what you are doing.
