Hi Joseph,

Define a VASP with the shortcode of your choice:
group = mms-vasp
vasp-id = localcopy
type = soap
short-code = 113
vasp-username = localcopy
vasp-password = localcopy
vasp-url = http://localhost:50013/
mmsc-username = localcopy
mmsc-password = localcopy

If you add the "mms-to-local-copy-handler = true" paramter to the
above, then this VASP will also receive all mobile-to-mobile messages
as well.
