Am a little confused by this error. The X-Nokia-MMSC-Message-Id  
should be returned by the MMSC (using EAIF), not inserted by the  
external application. So I don't understand why the Nokia MMSC should  
complain that Mbuni VAS GW is not adding it.

  For DLR, again from what I see in the spec ("External Application  
Developers Guide", Section 3.4 and others), you should never need to  
send a DLR to the MMSC. It is implicit: Once you have acknowledged  
message receipt, the MMSC notifies the user.
