With help of your guides , i used mmssend utility to send mms , but gives following error and it won't delever to the smsbox or even it wont send to the receivers end.
INFO: Failed Global Queue MMS Send: From phone number/TYPE=PLMN, to phone number/TYPE=PLMN, msgsize=393: err=MMSC error: Don't know how to deliver to phone number/TYPE=PLMN !
