If you have the CVS source already, then cd into the source directory and type

cvs update

if you don't have it, follow instructions for download on the userguide page of the website.

I believe this problem is fixed in CVS. We have been holding a new release until Kannel 1.4.1 is out, so CVS is far ahead of 1.1.0
