Title: Transfer audio files...

Hello,

I have a doubt and hope someone out there will be able to assist me in this regard. My requirement is this:

Transfer audio files between my applications that reside in different networks, using a parallel MMSC infrastructure to the operators. I am planning to use the following architecture:

Standalone App talking to web server that supports PHP and uses MMSLib from hellkvist.org -> VAS Gateway + MMSC (mmsproxy+mmsrelay+mmsbox)

Each of my sites would have a similar setup to send and receive audio files. Could you let me know your comments whether this is alright and what other considerations need to be taken. Since this is a VASP to VASP communication, I suppose no WAP gateway will be needed. The VASP on each site would have a short code associated. No local deliveries are required; an audio file submitted to the local site will get forwarded to the foreign site based on the recipients phone number. Note however that no notifications need be sent to the recipient and so no WAP push is required either.

I have gone through the user guide for MBuni but I found it confusing at some places. Or maybe it will be clear once I got thru it again. I shall contribute my thoughts on this after I complete the design and hope to contribute to MBuni in the near future.

Hope someone can validate my approach and send in valuable feedback.

Regards,

Andy
