Not sure I understand your question, but let me try and provide
some pointers:
MM7/EAIF: Poke around forum.nokia.com -- there is a spec there
somewhere.
MM7/SOAP: 3GPP2 TS 23.140 I believe provides a full explanation of
MM7/SOAP, complete with examples.
