Psaxtiris, Yes you do not need the outgoing connection if you do not need to send out messages. The only way to reliably check that you can receive messages is to initiate a message from your operator, and see if it arrives at mbuni. Mbuni will understandably not do any work until a message comes in, so you must try this. Paul.
