Hello, Thank you both for your help. Indeed, there was a problem with the dlr url. I modified it to look like this "http://localhost:12346/?MMS_ID=1";. It seams that I forgot the slash after the port. My mistake... Anyway, this thread can still be useful for people with the kind of problem I had.
