I read the cvs-20080530 documentation, and tried the flag to remove the mm7: prefix. Still the MMSCs returned a validation error. The strangest thing is that I get a validation error from 2 different MMSCs from different mobile companies, both using version 5.3.0 with the http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/archive/23_series/23.140/schema/REL-5-MM7-1-2 schema.
