Thanks Otandeka for reply, when I send for example MMS to 100 user, I have with 30% the error the other delivered successfully so the vasid , vasp and service code is correct, I also think that I have to set <ChargedParty>Sender</ChargedParty> but how can I do do that using the Mbuni Get URl?
