One suggestion:

 If you use the send-mms interface, and specify a dlr-url parameter,
Mbuni will deliver DLRs to it. This is as good a place as any to
simulate "end-to-end" message processing in my view. If you look
closely at the documentation, you will see that you can even use this
interface to simulate MO MMS.
