Apologies for the delay, blame it on travel. Here is a sample. There is a huge number of potential CGI parametes, but these are the basics.  The simple issue is that Mbuni needs to be able to figure out the content type of the content sent to it. You can force it (see the content_type param in the attached) or you can let Mbuni figure it out from whatever your browser sends it as.
