I think it was maintenance; and I didn't get back to it until just now. The site's there now, but I don't see an Add Issue button and do not have a log in to use.... So I'm still not sure what to do with this trace file.

My boss has me travelling this week, so I won't have my test environment again until Thursday. I should have net access and be able to end the trace file before that; just won't be able to replicate or test anything until late in the week.

Thanks again!

Doh!! Wrapper doesn't like ~-prefixed paths. Changed to absolute /home/... and it worked much better
I have changed /home/elecharny/ to ~ when I copy/pasted the command :/ I had no idea that would not work with ~ ...

I've never worked with a profiler format like that, in the few minutes it was running we accumulated some 12Meg of this text capture. I assume you've got tools that can load and understand this format???

You can exclude the packages you don't want to see in the logs. It's just print every method it step in, so feel free to add excluded packages.

Try to run it on the minimum use case, otherwise it will swamp your disk very quickly :). It's not exactly a profiler, I rather call such a tool a 'tracer'. But when I want to know what's going on, especially for asynchronous system like MINA, it's helpful!

Jira's not letting me in right now.... Reports as a temporary problem, so I'll try again later.

Might be too big for JIRA ? Or maybe a maintenance ...
