That's an option we have discussed during last Apache conference.
Whatever your uses for the library, I think there's huge potential for high
quality, scalable open source Java SSH implementation as I think you intend
with SSHD, and I'd like to see the project succeed. For my own part I'll
find out more about Apache processes in general and MINA in particular, and
I think I can make a small contribution if I can learn enough about the
purpose and direction of the SSHD project to know where I can be of value.
