Looking for a getting started guide for MINA SSHD

Hello,

I am looking for a document which explains how to use the MINA SSHD
binary JAR for creating a Java-based ssh client for 1) issuing a
single ssh command to a remote host over SSH2 protocol, and 2) issuing
a single scp command to copy a file from a local host to a remote host
over SSH2 protocol.
