Just to make sure I get the question right. The BlacklistFilter blocks
listed addresses/ranges and *allows* all other addresses. You want a
WhitelistFilter that would allow specific addresses? If so, no that's
not currently available in MINA, however by starting from the
BlacklistFilter, writing one yourself should be pretty
straight-forward.
