you are right, the javadocs are not published online. Sorry for that.

However, we do release a jar (technically a zip file) containing the
javadocs along with a release.
For example, see this one
http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=org/apache/vysper/vysper-core/0.7/vysper-core-0.7-javadoc.jar

If you are building Vysper yourself from source code, you can generate the
javadocs by executing
   mvn site
