Those are MINA 2 classes. MINA 3 is very different... The migration will
certainly not be straighforward :/

We now have a ReadFilterChainController and a WriteFilterChainController
which cover what the DefaultIoFilterChainBuilder, for instance.

Sadly, the only help I can provide right now would be to check the
mina-examples classes, taht would give you some ideas on how o migrate.
