If you've got GRE over IPsec tunnels, then all you need to worry about is 
routing. No extra FreeS/WAN configuration is required.

Aside from statically configuring the routes on the various boxen, you could 
employ routing protocols, such as BGP or OSPF, to coordinate the various 
networks.
