[Users] freeswan to nortel ces

Has anyone had success running freeswan on linux RH 7.x (kernel 2.4.2). If so, could you also recommend a download location for an rpm that already has nat traversal patch in it. I have a linksys router in front of my RH box. I really hope this works because I don't want to pay 120 bucks for the netlock app.   Thanks all.
