|Hello FreeSWAN, |I am trying to test the basic functionality of freeSWAN by using a RedHat |7.2 Linux box connected on the same LAN as a Win2k box where I am using the |windows IPSec snap plug-in.
|First, is this OK to test IPSEC FreeSWAN with a two computers on the same |LAN??? This is rather no problem. You can establish tunel and look what packets are sended beetwen them. (tcpdump, CommView etc) |Second, when I try to configure the ipsec.config file I get this error when |starting the service: |[EMAIL PROTECTED] etc]# service ipsec.conf ipsec_setup: (/etc/ipsec.conf, line |28) section header |"interfaces=ipsec0=eth0" has wrong number of fields (1) -- 'start' aborted | |plutoload=%search | |plutostart=%search Try to remove those two lines. When I've change Freeswan version from 1.99 to 2.0 I had to remove them because freeswan do not wants to start Sawo _______________________________________________ FreeS/WAN Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://mj2.freeswan.org/cgi-bin/mj_wwwusr
