Should be no problem. That is one of the main advantages of having a few different implementations. Even though they should all work identically they don't. Each one will have its own minor bugs and issues so you can and should switch back and forth as you see fit.
The only limitation I know of personally is the MyFaces Tiles support. Its good but it *requires* MyFaces implementation.
