There are now MyFaces nightly builds available at http://cvs.apache.org/builds/myfaces/nightly/. The link is also available from the downloads section in the MyFaces website.
There are three "bundles" in the nightly build. One for source, one for binaries and one for webapps. The webapps one contains WAR files for a few different examples applications: standard examples, simple examples, tiles examples, WAP examples and a blank example. Enjoy! sean
