+1 after the fix to MYFACES-156 is incorporated int the build.
I've also attached a solution to 156 in JIRA and updated the issue.
It really isn't much use to distribute a JSF implementation that includes very useful tag libraries; without the documentation (at least for a JSF newbie like me).
