You can get all the myfaces examples for the version 1.0.9 from the current web site (http://myfaces.apache.org/binary.cgi), the file is the one named 'myfaces-1.0.9-app.tgz' (or zip for windows). The nightly builds system is under reorganization right now and will be available again soon,
