I can contribute (during my non-working hours). While browsing the
WIKI, I was wondering whether people have decided on a common format for
the documentation. Personally, I found the format and organization used
by Hans Bergsten in Appendices A and C of his JavaServer Faces book to
be very easy to read and useful.

To my knowledge nothing is yet really decided, the wiki was almost empty
a few weeks ago :-)
A recommended common format might be a good, thing though. It is not
like a Wiki prevents the ignorance of such a thing :-)
