I've written a very simple JSF Web app using MyFaces 1.0.9 but it's kinda
not working.
The only JAR files in my WEB-INF/lib directory are those that come with
the MyFace
archive and are required.
When I visit the first JSF page, namely index.jsf, I get the following
error message in
the browser's screen:

Server Error
The following error occurred:
Bad URL
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please contact the administrator.

I'm deploying the Web app on Tomcat 5.5.9. I tested the Web app both
against the 2.3 and 2.4
specs and the result was the same.
