It will leave jars in WEB-INF/lib according to as it describes the especficación to it, the truth didn't know it; although I continue with the problem of not being able to load tags from a page JSP in eclipse 3.1. I have been enough time with this restlessness and not yet I have managed to find a solution. Thanks.
