I don't know how this works either, but looking to the old build.xml I
see that the wml taglib is  autogenerated using an xdoclet task. How
could we include this in the new build? This, let's say, tomahawk
subproject, needs a completely different build procedure (xdoclet,
etc). Maybe we should add a new target to handle this...
