RE: jsf/tiles html issue: bug or feature?

I'd vote for a solution like the one Simon Kitching described in "JSF/JSP 
out-of-order issue (esp with Tiles): fix available."

It would solve this nasty issue once and for all.
I can see no benefit in wrapping every static content.
