We are using Eclipse 3.1 with the Web Tool Platform plugin
(http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/wst/main.html). Very fast and WST has a
lot of great features.

NB 5.0 here too. I develop my JSF pages as .xml files, so in fact any
editor would work.
