Dynamic tabs

Hi,

In my application I need to present the user with something similar to an Excel document, i.e., several tabs (Excel sheets) and the possibility to edit tabular data (using a datatable) for every tab.

Has anyone tried something like this? I would really appreciate to hear about your approaches.
