I have also the problem with the illogical state a long time now and it will become a big problem for me soon.
So I checked My-Faces-568 http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-568?page=comments#action_12330672 and this is still open. Is there any chance that somebody will solve the problem or is there a proper workaround which I can use.
