Hi Emmanuel, the fix for MYFACES-871 updates prototype to 1.4.0.
So i guess a update will fix your problem. Unfortunately it seems that currently no sandbox nightlys are available :-(. You need to wait until they are back or build them yourself. Anyway, i'm not sure if it is save to include the prototype library twice, even if the same version.
